• Tour cost is based on base category rooms. If room upgradation is needed, supplement cost will be applicable.
• Some hotels charge extras for using heaters, it will be payable directly at the hotel.
• All sightseeing timings are subject to local road and traffic conditions.
• The transportation / hotel cost is subject to change and charge extra on the tour cost, if there will be hike in the rates of fuel prices or increase in hotel rates due to changes in the Govt taxes.
• NON AC on hills during the drive.
• Normal 2×2 vehicle provide, if required 4×4 vehicle due to heavy snow, then extra charges will be applicable
• A service of cab and driver would be provided as per the itinerary, not for at disposal.
• No refund or reduction will be given for any services, which are not utilized.
• All buffet meal or room service will be provided as per hotel policy.
• The payments for additional service / extra meals taken at hotel are to be settled directly at there.
• Early Check-in and late Check out room not included in the tour cost and subject to availability.
